1965 CHEF BOY R DEE PIZZA

I actually have fond memories of baking this pizza, even though the only cheese on it was grated Parmesan from a can. I think they still make this, but it's not too popular now that frozen pizza is available. This was just available in cheese.

1965 SWANSON DINNERS

C. A. Swanson and Sons started selling TV Brand Frozen Dinners in 1953 with full course meals came in an aluminum tray. How they were named TV dinners is somewhat uncertain, but the early packaging was designed to look like a 1950’s TV. Swanson started calling the means just frozen dinners and abandoned the TV name in the early 1960’s. However many people still call them by that name. Many other companies started selling frozen dinners but Swanson created the first successful product.
