Arthur Treacher to visit his Milwaukee restaurants (1970)

Arthur Treacher was an English character actor who usually portrayed butlers, but was also a cop in Mary Poppins. He did not own the restaurants but was just the public face of the company. There are still some of the restaurants around but not that many, they served fish and chips in a bucket.
